TRACK RECORD / OUR HISTORY

A History of Capability, Compounded.

Since 1993, successive generations of enterprise work, proprietary platforms, operating experience and real assets have added another layer to what Techno Global can undertake next.

THE CONTINUITY

The value of history is what it leaves behind.

Across successive eras, Techno Global accumulated technical, operating and investment knowledge that carried into later platforms, ventures, businesses and assets.

Early enterprise systems, technical planning and institutional operating foundations.
FOUNDATIONS Enterprise systems, operating logic and technical discipline formed the base layer.

Early enterprise work centered on business systems, data, customer workflows and operational software.

Enterprise Applications & Early CRM

Techno Global begins by solving operating problems with custom technology — business applications, data, customer workflows and systems shaped around how organizations actually work.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPED

Practical enterprise software becomes the foundation: understand the process, model the data, build the system and learn from production.

01
1993

Business systems around real operating needs.

Early work spans integrated business applications, customer and sales information, supplier and shipping data, reporting and workflow-oriented systems. The pattern begins with operations rather than technology for its own sake.

02
1994–96

Airport operations become an integrated system.

At Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, a parking-data engagement expanded toward an integrated operations system intended to support terminal, landside and airside management, forecasting and operating visibility.

03
1994–2006

Healthcare and CRM responsibilities continue intermittently.

Intermittent work with Immuno Laboratories spans 1994–2006 within TG's early healthcare and enterprise-systems record.

CRM, eCommerce, Enterprise Architecture & Integration

The early enterprise foundation expands into large CRM programs, migration, eCommerce, integration architecture and complex multi-system environments.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPED

This era establishes depth inside systems where reliability, integration, workflow and organizational change all matter at once.

01
2000–02

CRM tied to business economics.

Work in the mortgage / direct-marketing environment connected CRM analysis, customization, integration, reporting and project ROI — evidence that system design was being evaluated in business terms as well as technical ones.

02
2003–06

Global migration, ERP integration and workflow at Symantec.

The historical record includes worldwide CRM migration planning, Oracle integration, middleware, pipeline and workflow design, reporting and a distributed Smart Client CRM application — one of the strongest enterprise anchors in the historical record.

03
2004

VERITAS integration architecture.

Pivotal-EAI architecture material documents enterprise integration, TIBCO BusinessWorks processes, workflow, performance and fault-tolerance considerations — evidence of serious architecture work well before today's connected-systems positioning.

Proprietary Platforms, Vertical Applications & Digital Ventures

Client work increasingly compounds into proprietary products, reusable intellectual property and ventures across CRM, finance, staffing, healthcare, mobile and location-based services.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPED

TG moves from repeatedly solving client problems to productizing what it has learned and testing those capabilities in new verticals and business models.

01
Late 2000s

Enterprise experience expands into rich consumer digital work.

Universal Orlando work extends the record from back-office CRM and integration into large-scale eCommerce and interactive digital experiences, including architecture and a consumer-facing park exploration experience.

02
2007+

CRM knowledge becomes proprietary product IP.

Jaguar CRM and Salesforz show TG applying recurring CRM knowledge to its own customer and sales-management platforms rather than limiting that knowledge to third-party implementations.

03
2007–14

Vertical experimentation broadens the operating surface.

Mortgage, staffing, healthcare, geolocation, mobile and specialized business applications widen the environments in which TG can test product ideas and operating assumptions.

CONNECTED SYSTEMS Cloud, mobility and geolocation connected software more directly to real-world movement.

Cloud, mobility and geolocation extended TG's systems into distributed and connected operating environments.

Cloud, Geolocation, Healthcare, Facilities & Connected Services

Cloud, location-aware services, healthcare products and facilities platforms bring earlier software disciplines closer to distributed, persistent real-world operations.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPED

The distinction becomes important: TG increasingly operates platforms inside live workflows instead of only building software and handing it over.

01
Cloud era

Geolocation becomes a commercial platform capability.

Bliss / Sekur materials document cloud productization, geolocation services, licensing and AWS-oriented commercial work — another step from custom implementation toward repeatable platforms.

02
Healthcare

Domain-specific systems continue to deepen.

Healthcare-oriented products and platforms extend the same systems instinct into complex participant networks and specialized operating contexts, with public treatment kept selective and evidence-led.

03
Facilities

ECOBPM becomes persistent operating infrastructure.

ECOBPM connects work orders, vendors, invoices, SLAs, compliance and external systems inside real enterprise facilities environments, helping turn software experience into long-running operational capability.

CURRENT OPERATIONS Today's expression reaches farther into assets, field operations, mobility and infrastructure.

Current businesses apply accumulated operating knowledge across facilities, mobility, infrastructure and real assets.

ERA

AI, Semi-Autonomous Operations, IoT, Electric Mobility & Real Assets

The current era connects digital systems to physical assets, field operations, mobility and real-estate decisions — applying accumulated operating judgment beyond software alone.

CAPABILITY DEVELOPED

The portfolio is not treated as random diversification. Each current expression builds on capability accumulated in earlier operating and technology cycles.

01
Sweven

Facilities experience is rebuilt for semi-autonomous operations.

Sweven extends long-running facilities knowledge into automation, AI, IoT and an operating model where routine execution can be automated while experienced facility managers intervene where judgment is required.

02
IoT + Wortix EV

Digital intelligence moves into physical infrastructure.

Connected sensing, cloud rules and electric work-vehicle architecture bring TG's software and operating disciplines into physical monitoring, telemetry, remote diagnostics and field operations.

03
Real assets

The builder/operator perspective extends into real estate.

Pivotal Holding adds acquisition, development, alternative-use evaluation, entitlement, operation and repositioning to the group's experience — applying the same long-term operating lens to physical assets.
